TutorshipTo perform administrative and schedule the followings tasks:
- Registration / Enrollment of Students/Parents and Faculty in their respective profiles.
- Timetable / Schedule of classes to be dispersed / shared in their respective profiles.
- Recording of teaching sessions for different classes/subjects and upload them for view / reinforcement.
- Schedule online quizzes / tests and share reports with Parents.
- Design and share the curriculum outline with teachers/students/parents.
- Send in the progress reports of students to their parents.
Addition to conventional teaching methodologies, all teachers will be able to:
- Record the daily lectures for each class while delivering them in classrooms.
- Attach the assignments as doc/pdf format for students to either view or download.
- Post the Quizzes/MCQs on portal as lesson reinforcement on Daily or Weekly basis.
- Post any related extra material/video for a specific topic for better conceptual learning.
- Take Live classes as per time table with Q/A session in a chat window, verbal/written sessions.
- To mark the Homework and add corrections online.
Addition to conventional way of learning in school, student be able to utilize the online learning tools and self learning techniques. Such practices would enable them to:
- Interact with fellow students and subject teacher in a virtual class rooms while having a live teaching session.
- Submission of Homework/Quizzes/MCQs on daily or weekly basis.
- Attach their worksheets as pictures from their handheld devices, especially in case of science subjects which require special characters. (also writing skills will not hinder)
